Accommodation

This is a pretty B&B set on 5 acres of natural bush land, of which 2 have been transformed into a lovely garden. Set back from the road in a very quiet area on the edge of the Morton National Park, it is within walking distance of the river and is surrounded by bushland on all sides. The local flora and fauna envelop the property. As evening comes so do the wombats and wallabies. Sit in the dining room and watch them up close!

King parrots, rosellas, bower birds, fairy wrens, swallows and galahs all frequent the garden, with glossy black cockatoos, yellow tailed black cockatoos, gang gangs and wedge tailed eagles that can often be seen soaring above on those hot sultry days. Eastern greys with their joeys are about and can be seen hopping past the property most evenings.

There are three double rooms, all are new.Two rooms have queen beds and one has a king bed. All rooms have luxury en suite bathrooms, TV, DVD, fridge, coffee and tea making facilities plus a complementary bottle of wine and chocolates to welcome you. The two queen bedded rooms have a shared entrance to the front of the house.The king bedroom suite has its own separate hall and entrance to the side of the property.

The house is spacious and comfortable with a guest lounge and dining room for those sumptuous full English breakfasts.

Please note: There are no cooking facilities for guests inside. NO FOOD to be prepared or eaten in the bedrooms. There is a BBQ for guests to use in the garden during summer months subject to prior arrangement at time of booking.

Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 9.00am to allow guests to have an early start for the many activities you can find in the valley. If you would prefer a lighter breakfast you can choose from museli, cereal, yoghurt,fruit salad and fresh juice. A Vegetarian alternative can be supplied.

Please note: we do not have facilities for children (cots/highchairs) but will accept children under 11 years if all three rooms are booked by same party.

Conditions

• Breakfast is included in tariff price.
• All rooms are available from 2pm on arrival, unless agreed by prior arrangement.
• All rooms to be vacated by 11am on departure, unless agreed by prior arrangement.
• Advance non refundable deposit of 25% of total price on booking required.

Cancellations

• 3 weeks or more prior to stay-full refund.
• 2 weeks prior to stay-full refund if room can be rebooked.
• No refund of deposit under 2 weeks notice to cancel.
• Bookings made within a week of arrival - a full charge will be taken which is not refundable.
