Hike to the top of Drawing Room Rocks for a view to the sea across hills and escarpments covered in rainforest.
There are a variety of craft shops and art galleries to peruse or have a coffee and eats in one of the many cafes or sit outside the Friendly Inn pub and watch the world pass by.Have the best Thai dinner overlooking the river at Jing Jos, or sit on the verandah at the bowlo with the most amazing Valley views sipping your wine and enjoying your meal.
The golf course is just the thing for that round you keep meaning to play, and visit The Pioneer Museum, which tells the history of this valley with buildings and artifacts donated and lovingly restored by the local community.
Enjoy the abundance of wildlife that is on view most evenings. Drive slowly and watch out for the wombats with their joeys, eastern greys and wallabies, swamp wallabies, echidnas and if you are lucky you may even see the platypus by the rivers edge.
